Kym has had a long career in advertising and graphic design in both Adelaide and Melbourne and has worked his way from a junior designer in the early 1980’s, to art director, creative director, state manager and now managing director. He has an unwavering commitment to our clients and his understanding of the daily challenges, particularly in the local and state government sector, makes working with Kym so seamless and easy.

After running her own design business for more than 25 years, it made good sense for Rose to join The Setup to steer the creative.
Rose is well known by graphic designers in Adelaide as she trained many of them during her part-time commitment to the industry as a tutor at tafe and unisa for over 30 years. Starting out as a graphic designer in Melbourne in the early 1980’s, Rose returned to Adelaide and worked as an art director in key advertising agencies. She later started her own business and has worked on a wide range of projects for government and private companies since.
